We have stayed in Amelia many times over the years. This little beach jewel box is truly a gem! Quiet, clean, well-stocked and close to everything. The screened in back porch was such a delightful treat to drink your morning coffee and practice yoga all while hearing the ocean. Neat shortcut to the beach through a nearby cul-de-sac that a neighbor showed us. Will 100% be staying here again!

The property was very convenient for our needs. Our favorite part was the rear screened in porch that was great for morning coffee and evening conversations. There was no reference that I saw that this was a second floor unit with no elevator that was ok for us but could be a problem for some.

This 2nd floor condo is clean and comfortable, with a nice big screened porch. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and short drive to many great nature walks and downtown. The beds are comfortable. Only negatives: poor soundproofing means you can hear the footsteps of 3rd floor neighbors and there is a cheap feel to the fact that the management company only gives you 1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom, no extra garbage bags, 2 packets of dishwasher soap for the week & not a single spice in the kitchen (not even salt & pepper). These aren't costly, but it's a pain to have to provide your own. I would stay in this complex again, but would look for a top-floor rental.

Property is old. Beds are small. Amenities were scarce. Middle floor is noisy with kids bouncing upstairs. Lighting was terrible after dark. Realty company gave me wrong code to get in….waited for an hour for call back and finally gave me correct code. Was looking at hotel options. Brought me coffee on last day and gift card….thank you but damage was done.
