The location and layout of this place were perfect for our group of five adults. The beds were comfortable, it was great to have 3.5 bathrooms, and the closet space was ample. On the other hand, communication was poor, there is no Welcome Guide or other info beyond a basket of appliance instruction manuals in a kitchen cupboard, there's construction next door (and will be for a long time - we watched them pouring the footings and the foundation for a four unit building), many basic cooking items are missing, there aren't nearly enough dishes, there are no clothes hangers, and we were billed for four "missing" wine glasses and an adapter (we did break one wine glass, but did not steal three others or an adapter). We asked repeatedly about a Welcome Guide and were told we could read it in the app, but I never found it. We also asked about missing basic items, and while we did receive some additional cleaning supplies (we were there for 14 days), we didn't get any additional kitchen items. Hopefully things will improve, because the space was great, but know that for now you'll need to bring your own cooking must-haves (that work on an induction stove) and coat hangers. And know that you have to wave a credit card over the door lock to get it to wake up (maybe that will be included in the check-in information in the future).
