Sensational location, being tha price range (and right next door to the Hilton) we expected some level of opulence! But

Worst value for money I have experienced! over $800 per night and we got 1 key. We split into 2 groups at different times and had to decide who took the key with them to get back in. The carpet on the stairs had holes in it. The carpet was NOT clean. The bed linens didn’t match. The pillows were really “CHEAP” and old. The 3 walls around the shower recess all had splits where the joins are in the sheets. My son opens one of the small milks (for a cup of tea) in the fridge and drank it straight down and almost vomited! It was so out of date it was like yoghurt! The place was so hot we couldn’t sleep and had to get pedal stool fans to try and cool down. No car parking for that price and their solution was to unload your car then go and park 5 minutes away. TV’s are sold old and small you can’t screen mirror to watch movies (being an international visitor we couldn’t use our accounts) The pictures over sell the property in a big way.

I would not recommend this apartment

A great location lovely views

It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 4pm & wasn’t ready until 6pm. It wasn’t properly cleaned as was done in a rush. I hung 2 blouses in the wardrobe while we were waiting for it to be cleaned & the cleaner took them. I asked for some compensation but haven’t had any. I would not recommend this apartment. We stayed here for a special occasion and these issues spoilt my sisters 70th birthday

The location is definitely the best in Auckland in our opinion, it could not be situated in a better place. The check-in process was very smooth; thanks to the clear instructions. The place was clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen with all the essentials. We came in the winter, and the heat-pump worked well making our stay very comfortable.

Nothing, really. Overall, we are very satisfied with the place. Excellent place to stay if you are looking for an excellent view with a very nice place to stay.

Fabulous family stay on the Harbour

The view was spectacular and the location was fabulous. Very comfortable 3 bedroom unit with everything we needed.

A couple of the lights were not working, but we didn't mind as we were engrossed in looking at the lights over the harbour.
