Set on a quiet dead-end street in the highly walkable Willoughby Acres neighborhood, this fully fenced property offers privacy, comfort, and plenty of space for families, couples, or friends traveling together. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and both indoor and outdoor living areas, there’s room for everyone to relax.
Step inside to a bright, open-concept layout with stylish yet cozy furnishings. The dining area seats six and flows into a welcoming family room with an electric reclining sofa, a loveseat, and a large-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or game day. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double sink, and a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines. Additional bar seating makes it easy to snack, sip, or chat while cooking.

The outdoor space is the highlight of the home: a south-facing pool and spa, screened lanai, and covered patio with outdoor seating, TV, café lights, fans, and dining for six. Grill out with the combo pellet smoker + propane grill, soak up the sun, or enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.
Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

The house was very clean. Big kitchen with everything you need. It even had a coffee station. The bed was very comfortable. Good size yard for our dog, fully fenced. Communication with the host was timely and responsive. Only issues- reclining sofa manual was hard to close. My husband had to close it for me. Power recliner wasn’t working. Not sure if it wasn’t plugged in or just not working. We didn’t contact host about this because it wasn’t an issue for us.

This is a really great place to stay! It's clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped, and Michael got back to me quickly whenever I reached out. Between the living room with the super comfortable recliners, the breakfast table, and the 2 sitting areas outside, there's lots of room for a group to spread out and relax. Plus it's in a convenient location, but still quiet and private.

Good location, easy to access. House was clean, bathrooms a little outdated. Never used the kitchen or pool. Just came and slept. Quiet neighborhood. Manager had a nice binder with all information on the house and area.
