Would love to spend an entire week out there by myself. My oldest daughter was in town for the weekend and needed a place to stay. We decided to rent a cabin and spend some one on one time together..Unfortunately we were only there in the evenings and didn't really get to spend time exploring the area. The cabin was nice and clean. I will be making plans to stay again.

What we looked for, it was what we get,Lovely cabin, all kitchen utensils, two beds and sofa with extra individual bed, have gas grill and charcoal bbq, tv with dvd player and some dvds.Location is a camping area with multiple cabins and RVs spots, there is a shareable bathhouse with to full bathrooms and sink to wash kitchen utensils.

We booked kind of last minute on the way somewhere else. It was quiet & clean. The bathroom door does stick, but if you push a little harder it will open as long as noone is in there.

I’ll start with the good. The AC and refrigerator worked very well. The bed was comfortable. However, the description of the property is completely misleading. There is only one big room with a loft. There are not two bedrooms. There is not a kitchen. It’s a counter with a microwave and fridge and a water dispenser. There is no sink. There is no bathroom. It is a communal bath house with a shower and toilet on each side that you share with all the other cabins and RV’s in the area. There is only one queen bed and a full size bed. Not two queen beds. The other “bed” is a sofa that is supposed to fold out but it is broken. You can pop up the trundle portion with makes it about the size of a twin bed. This was very unfortunate because we had three adults and one child so we needed all of the beds listed. The floor got dirty after going to the bathhouse several times after dark because of the condensation on the grass and dirt you gave to walk on. That meant that your feet got dirty walking on the floor, even with shoes, and you had to clean your feet before getting back in bed. As someone with health issues, having the bathroom outside was frustrating. If you want rustic, it’s fine for that. Just know it’s much smaller than advertised with less than it’s supposed to have. The host responded to questions quickly but with one or two word answers and no explanation of the discrepancies. I would have tried to cancel but there was nowhere else available on short notice.
