Centrally located home in Rogers and Bentonville! -Private Rooms

Nice location

It was a beautiful home, very well taken care of and clean. The bedroom door locks made me feel a lot better about it being a shared house. It’s very nicely located as well. The owner is lovely and does respond fairly quickly to messages.

Honestly the only thing that could’ve made it better would be the water pressure in the shower. But obviously that is not what makes or breaks a stay whatsoever.

Nice

Nothing

Use of full kitchen was nice as well as fridge to store items. They asked us to remove shoes, which would have been fine, but the floors were dirty and there was not a broom available to sweep. It seems like someone lives there, but we didn't see them, maybe they work a lot. Odd that that person didn't know how to recycle properly since they have a recycle/food waste and other trash cans, but the recycling was full of other trash. Yard not mown and back patio is not clean. Just not well-maintained, but felt safe and the location was good. We didn't try the TVs or the living room, but there were a lot of interesting books there. We were given the room by the garage and apparently a laundry room (locked and not available to use), so to go to the bathroom required changing clothes as it was all the way across the house.

Cleanliness and upkeep. Also really cheap toilet paper,
