Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place! Just as advertised. Spectacular view from porch as well as from the living area. Comfy beds. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice hot tub. Location for summer activities is conveniently halfway between downtown and hiking trails. Definitely consider this unit for a wonderful Crested Butte experience.

My buddy and i stayed here for a few days of mountain biking. This condo is only a couple minutes bike ride from the bottom of the ski-lift. The place was clean, as described, and when comparing to other places to stay in the vicinity, a great deal. I would stay here again.
The only room for improvement (and this is not the host’s fault) is in the checkin process. Upon arriving at the building containing the condo, we came across some instructions at the main desk to go to another building a block away to check in, we got there and were told they didn’t manage checkins for the company we book through… it told several texts with the management company before sorting it out. Everyone was kind and quick to respond but could have been in the “Check in” email the location of the condo in the building.
