This 2BR/2BA 3rd floor residence has dining room where you can sit gaze out the window at Mt. Crested Butte coming to life in the morning. Granite countertops add a little touch of luxury to the kitchen and with both a comfy love seat and a sofa, there is plenty of room for a family night around the wood burning fireplace. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms will allow everyone to watch what they want. The master bedroom offers private access to the balcony through your own sliding door and allows you to breath in that fresh mountain air all night. Just outside your front door is the outdoor hot tub and common grill, along with a dining table overlooking Mt. Crested Butte, perfect for those summer BBQs. Full laundry facilities in unit. Sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room, and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. If you require an additional large bed, simply let us know at the time of booking and we can bridge the twins into a King. Outdoor entry access.
Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing, anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants (hello, happy hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need to be independent, while a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel.

The TV (cable) in the guest room didn’t work and they were unable to get it working. The TV in the guest bedroom is very small (the room picture represents well). They have garaged parking included, which is nice (most places charge) but the garage was full. We had to park in a dirt lot just feet from the garage and had a parking ticket the next day. This condo was a little dated, but most ski resort rentals tend to be. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking but there was no liquid dish soap to hand wash dishes, so we ran everything through the dishwasher. Bonuses: There is a nice private patio area to wind down in the evenings. The hot tub is located conveniently on the 3rd floor. Tennis courts are available for guest use.

Great location. View is a bit obstructed by parking lot but still some nice views of the mountain. The bedrooms could use new bedding. Otherwise nice amenities and very convenient.
