I’ve stayed at this property before and obviously it was good enough to return. The actual condo we rented was fine. The location was close to ski slope… only a very short walk.
The check in was not convenient. We parked, went into the building to find a sign that we had to drive to another building to check in (we arrived late and ready to fall into bed.) The person who checked us in was just weird. He sounded like a robot and didn’t detour from his script. Our condo had no hand soap in either of the two bathrooms or kitchen. There were no extra towels for the hot tub and there were no hand towels anywhere. My daughter used the pull out couch and there were no sheets. We then realized there were no soaps, shampoo or conditioners in showers. The bottles were all empty. The next morning we called for these things and they only brought up half the items we asked for. Also, some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the coffee pot still had old grounds in it. Overall, for the price we paid (not cheap!) it was really lacking.
