Spacious private room with attached full private bathroom. Ultra Luxury in University City. New Renovation. Walking distance to Penn and Drexel. Great for long-term stays, too, or a weekend getaway. Pets are welcome for a small fee. Street parking is free, and there is ample parking in the safe neighborhood, which is full of restaurants, groceries, etc. Young University Crowd.

Very clear check in and check out instructions. Amenities were as listed, the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy, and it was a perfect distance from downtown. I was very pleased with my stay.

One of the best VRBO/Air B n b I have stayed in. Super clean, comfortable, all the amenities, an amazing patio, comfy bed, nice shower... Hosts were very responsive.

The toilet was dirty and the towel has hair on it…the neighborhood noisy.
Communication for check in and out was helpful. Was an ok stay but was not worth the cleaning fee that is added onto the stay.
