Charming 1 bedroom end unit condo offering spectacular views from a private balcony. Located in a quiet Country Club neighborhood with close access to hiking trails and golf, yet within a short driving distance to downtown and shopping. There are 2 golf courses nearby within walking distance - the Timberline Short Nine course and an 18 hole Continental Golf Club public course. Perched up on the hill, this condo offers privacy and beautiful mountain views!
The condo is equipped with high speed WiFi and has dedicated work space for business travelers.
It has a newly installed central air conditioning to provide guests with cooling comfort during the warmer summer months!

Full size kitchen with stainless appliances. Some of the kitchen amenities include:
- Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods provided)

- Crock Pot
- Cookware, dishes, silverware, cups

In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen size bed. In the bedroom closet, you will find additional pillows and linens if needed.

Very nice place great view very clean and convenient, excellent value in a gorgeous area. The location was quiet bed was comfortable but needed a new set of pillows memory foam so they aren’t flat pancakes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hosts were so accommodating and easy to work with! Their property was well appointed and perfect for our visit being there for our daughter's graduation from NAU. we loved the view and the deck as did our dog! We would definitely consider going back here if the situation warranted it. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great location to visit areas of interest in northern Arizona. Condo was well kept and had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home.
