This Cozy Condo is the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring the beautiful Northern Arizona area. Comfortable accommodations and a convenient location are a few highlights of this home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, along with basic soaps and paper products. The Continental Country Club is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and the only Public Golf Course in the area. Enjoy the amazing Flagstaff weather from the private back porch balcony.
*Although the home is equipped with heating for winter months, we do NOT have central air conditioning for the summer months. We do have portable AC units for the home.*

We live locally and carefully prepare the home for each guest. We are easy to work with and offer this home as a location to make for a memorable trip to Flagstaff. :)

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 3% processing fee.*
*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
*If you choose to bring a pet, there is a pet fee associated with your stay, and we have a `four on the floor` policy. This means the dog is allowed in the home as long as it stays off all beds and furniture. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation, and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay. *
*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-NO Smoking: $500 fine
-`Four on the Floor` Policy asks that no pets get on the Beds or Furniture
-No Parties
-Guests who do not depart on time without prior communication with the host will be subject to the cleaners` late departure fee
