General information:
The house is located in a quiet area in the Cabanyes residential neighborhood of the municipality of Calonge. In this region, you’ll find unspoiled nature, rocky cliffs, shopping, nightlife, mountain bike trails, small villages, and the most beautiful beaches just a short distance away, such as:
- Snorkeling at Platja La Fosca
- Shopping in Platja d’Aro
- Eating tapas in Palamós
The Costa Brava has many beautiful beaches, coves, and villages, all of which are worth visiting.

Property:
The first thing you’ll notice about the property is the tasteful “Ibiza”-style decor, which immediately puts you in a vacation mood.
You enter the home on the first floor, where you’ll find the following areas:
- Two verandas overlooking the pool, the garden, and the sea.
- The kitchen-dining area adjoins the terrace and the veranda and is a spacious kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cabinet space, cutlery, plates, glassware, and kitchen linens.
- Bathroom 1 features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a built-in closet, and French doors leading to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a built-in closet.

The staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find:
- The living room has a fireplace with a two-person seating area, access to a veranda with a sea view, a six-person sofa, and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV.
- Bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- Bathroom 3 with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and features a trendy design with a double bed and a built-in closet.
- Bedroom 4 has two single beds and a built-in closet.
- Bedroom 5 has a double bed with a sea view and a built-in closet.
- Closet with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, broom, cleaning supplies, etc.

- 10-person vacation rental; this number may be exceeded by a maximum of one child up to 4 years old.
- Rental and key handover on-site are handled by our rental agent with an office in San Antoni de Calonge (speaks Dutch, German, French, and English)
