IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND IN THE HOUSE 1 BATHROOM WITH SHOWER.
Family house full of history and charm located at 40 meters from the Fosca beach. The house has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and another with two bunk beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a dining room for 6 people and a living room with a 140x200 sofa bed, a 24m2 fenced terrace at the entrance of the house, with table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers, barbecue. A 3,500 m2 garden shared with 12 families. In the shared garden there are 6 outdoor showers with hot water, 4 toilets, a wall of tennis and a ping-pong that you can use freely in the house you will find rackets and balls. It also has a small forest with hammocks, punching bag and basketball baskets. On the property you can park 1 car. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath, you can ask for it in advance and you will have it at home for free. The house is delivered clean and without towels or sheets that you can bring o rent: rental price for a single sheets set: 8 euros, price for a double sheets set: 15 euros, price for towels set: 4 euros: a medium and a large. You can do the final cleaning yourself or ask for it in which case there will be an additional cost of 65 euros. In the living-room there is a machine of air cold and hot, you also have 2 portable gas heaters and 2 fans.
The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 40 meters from the house has obtained the EU Blue Flag rating the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment.

Nice place in a lush setting near the beach and sea. Despite the presence of many kids and dogs a rather relaxed atmosphere and respect for everyone’s privacy during my stay. The place was not fully booked at the time.

Nous connaissons La Fosca depuis plus de 20 ans, et cette propriété s'est améliorée au cours des années. La situation et le cadre, ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux de Camila, font que nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour! idéal pour des vacances en famille tout en étant dans un cadre magnifique, calme et proche de la plage !
