Sleeps 5- king bed in master, 2 twins in guest bedroom and twin rollaway bed , additional day room for added space.3 flat screen TV's Internet WIFI in unit. Washer/ Dryer in unit. Full amenity gated beachfront complex, 2 pools, tennis, underground parking, bike storage, lobby, Beach chairs , umbrellas and pool toys provided, onsite BBQ area. Local Assistance and will assist with keys.
Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $100.

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred .

Host was welcoming. They had power washed that day and someone locked the door so when we showed up we had to wait 25 mins for someone to come unlock the door for us.Amenities were good. we left a list of issues with the host. Needs floor mats at the door and bathrooms. The beach equipment needs attention. cart is rusted out somewhat. one of the umbrellas didnt work. Overall was a comfortable stay. Unit is very nice

Great location, easy to access beach, great Neighbourhood, bed was not comfortable, one of the toilets not flossing properly, dishwasher, not functioning
