About this house rental
The main house is immaculately designed with stunning 2-story entry and living room with large sectional, Smart TV, sectional and dual sided fire place. Off the living room there is a kids play room, full bathroom with shower, and the hall leads to the movie theater and game room. Game room contains the dual-sided fire place, full size convertible pool/ping pong table, chess, and attached half bath with a sliding door to the pool/patio. The movie theater is equipped with a Smart projector, tons of bean bags and game chairs and 4 electric LED recliners, as well as a Wii and Xbox. Open concept off of the living room is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with giant island, small kids breakfast table, wall oven and microwave, electric cooktop with pot filler, farmhouse sink, wine fridge and french door fridge as well as Keurig, blender, toaster and all your eating and cook utensils. Off the kitchen is the dining room with farmhouse table and seating for up to 8. Also off the back of the kitchen is the combo laundry/pantry/mudroom with full size luxury washer dryer, cubbies and ample storage space. There is also a workout space with smart tv, fan, bench, free weights, and more.
If you head upstairs you will find the expansive master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, attached balcony, smart tv, electric fireplace and dual master bathrooms. "Her" bathroom is equipped with an oversized soaking tub, large walk-in closet, and private toilet. "His" master bath has its own vanity and toilet as well as a secondary washer/dryer for convenience. Both master baths have their own door to the huge walk-in shower with skylight and dual rain/showerheads. Down the hall you will find an additional 3 bedrooms. Bed 2 & 3 share a J&J bathroom with walk-in shower. One has a twin over full bunk bed and the other has a King. The 4th bedroom has its own private ensuite with tub and King bed. The 5th bedroom/office has a full bed.
The 50ft freeform pool is equipped with lights, splash pad, and hot tub as well as an electric safety cover. Covered patio is equipped with sectional seating and dining table, smart outdoor tv, and 4 sun loungers. Turf area is equipped with small soccer goals, and plenty of pool toys.
The rest of the back yard area includes a trampoline with safety net and basketball goal, full size tennis and basketball court with ball machine, rackets, pickleball, etc., bases for kickball/baseball, and full size soccer goals.
The back ten acres of the property beyond the tree line is where we built Spellcaster's Academy. This is a Harry Potter themed non-profit school for at-risk kids. You can check out more about it on our website. The school will not be in session until Fall so this listing includes renting the school as well. It is equipped with its own kitchen, common room with couch and tv, and 2 full beds upstairs.
