Belle Mer 602 is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath unit that sleeps 8. This condo boasts upscale decor, and a beautifully decorated living room with a 65" flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area. A long balcony with access from both of the gulf front master bedrooms as well as the living room exhibits an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. The first master bedroom has all of the comforts of home with a King bed, a flat screen TV, and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom has two Queen beds, flat screen TV, two closets and a whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a shower/bathtub combo. The condo is set up with internet TV and wireless internet for your enjoyment. This unit does not allow monthly rentals. This unit allows a maximum of 8 adults. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

We had an amazing time in Navarre during our spring break. This condo was spacious and had an amazing view right on the water. Already planning when we can come back.

This is a great condo--VERY spacious, clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. Lots of games as well. Great furniture on the balcony. The pool is better than pictured. Our family with two young children and my elderly parents all had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved the property. The comfortable outdoor furniture made it perfect to sit and enjoy the ocean. Navarre is our new favorite beach in Florida.
