This beautiful villa is located in a quiet residential area of Biscarrosse Plage, just 300 m from the beach.
Discover this stunning 220 m² villa with a saltwater pool (5.5m x 12.5m) covered with an electric shutter and equipped with an alarm (available from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting).
The villa offers spacious living areas, perfect for a family or friends’ getaway.

A bright living room with open kitchen and a large veranda, leading to a beautiful terrace with sun loungers overlooking the pool
A pool house with shower and toilet
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
Adjacent utility room: washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, broom, bucket, vacuum cleaner
