Villa Eve is a beautiful villa with private swimming pool located on the hills around Guardialfiera, a small village in the province of Campobasso. Immersed in nature and surrounded by woods in an oasis of peace, the villa is an excellent starting point for discovering the area. Worth visiting is the ancient village, a few minutes away, which rises around its very characteristic castle and full of narrow streets and stone houses, while on Lake Guardialfiera, an artificial reservoir created between the 60s and 70s, it is possible to walk along its banks, on foot or on horseback and organize pleasant outings.
The private swimming pool invites guests to a refreshing dip on the hottest days or to an aperitif at sunset, while in the garden furnished with deckchairs, umbrellas, hammock and barbecue, pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners can be enjoyed, for an unforgettable and a holiday worth remembering. The sea is about 30 km away, worth visiting is the city of Termoli which offers splendid beaches but also history and ancient traditions. Pescara airport is 134 km away.

Spread over two levels, Villa Eve can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a large living area which includes a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen equipped with sink, hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fireplace, sofa and TV. On the same floor a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper attic floor with a minimum height of 1.60 m consisting of two bedrooms, one of which is double and one equipped with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an open sun terrace where you can read a book or relax enjoying the view of the garden, the swimming pool and the surrounding landscape up to the lake. There are also various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay including free wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine and mosquito nets.
