Are you looking for a peaceful house where to spend your summer holidays? Come and enjoy the sun and tranquility in this charming detached villa located in the town of Murviel-lès-Montpellier.
This village, located 20 minutes from Montpellier, will allow you to spend a quiet holiday while enjoying the activities of Montpellier downtown and the surrounding beaches.
The house is composed as follows:
-A south-facing exterior offering a terrace, a sofa/relaxation area, a 7m x 3m swimming pool, a petanque court, a dartboard and a bioclimatic pergola to get in the shade in case of high heat.
-Inside, you will be seduced by the kitchen open to the living room.
Two bedrooms with double bed, one of which is a master suite.
A toilet on the first floor and another upstairs.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms (living room and both bedrooms).
Space for two cars in front of the house.
Various activities are available to you in the surrounding area:
* The beaches of Frontignan, Carnon and Palavas 30 minutes away
* The Pic Saint-Loup 35 minutes away
* The wine-growing villages in the surrounding area to visit the wine cellars and taste our wines of the region
* The Hérault for canoe trips 20 minutes away
* The Salagou lake
* The city center of Montpellier 25 minutes away
