Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.

-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.

It was an easy property to walk around the city from. Close to a lot of historical tourist spots. There is NO parking on site . The closest we could find was 12 mins walk. Had to keep the vehicle in for the 3 days we stayed. That aside Porto really is a city that you need to walk thru to experience it fully. You can take the hop on hop off to go to further sites easily.
