This cosy home has two rooms, a couple and a single one. Both rooms have desks and heating as well as a shared balcony for a morning stretch.
The apartment was meticulously decorated by a professional interior design that had the comfort of the guests in mind at all times. An incredible balance of contemporary design and usability was achieved. You will enjoy spending time in the fantastic living room and sunny balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You'll certainly be able to cook very nice meals as well as take full care of your clothes with our wash & dry machine. Cleaning is hassle-free with a full dishwasher.
You'll have access to the internet through a very fast optical fibre connection. This will allow you to watch your favourite series on the full HD TV.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1am: 50€
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
