Difficult to be more central in Porto, it is 3 min away of many attractions as Torre dos Clérigos, Avenida dos Aliados, City Hall, the famous street of Rua das Flores, the Cathedral and others. Besides that, you will also find everything you might need as Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Cafes, Restaurants and Bars super close by.

CHECK-IN
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1 am: 50€
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short-term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
