A Provençal farmhouse with spacious rooms and tasteful decor, offering a blend of Eastern and Gypsy influences.
Ideally located between town and countryside, 2 km from downtown Arles.
The property is divided into three completely separate areas.
- A small Provençal farmhouse (90 m²) featuring a large 23 m² bedroom with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, a spacious walk-in closet, and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. To give you more privacy, the living area features two living rooms, one of which has a 160-cm sofa bed, facing a TV and a grand fireplace where you can warm up by the fire. Behind a magnificent 1970s-style bar, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen. A cozy dining room with a large wooden table is perfect for family meals. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your laundry needs. The eclectic decor of these spaces will transport you into a world unique to the owner.
- At the far end of the garden, you’ll discover a spacious 35 m² loft with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and a toilet. In an alcove stands a 180 cm bed facing a cozy living area equipped with a TV.
- And the icing on the cake—for a complete immersion and a true invitation to travel—we offer a Bohemian-style caravan that will captivate you with its originality and authenticity. Intimate and cozy, this two-person caravan is equipped with a 140-cm bed.
The property’s fully wooded grounds are no exception. To the sound of cicadas, you can relax on lounge chairs, a hammock, or a Balinese bed around a sumptuous 10x5 m heated pool made of Balinese stone, heated year-round. For your barbecues, an outdoor kitchen with a counter, griddle, and refrigerator is provided. There is also a shower and toilet area that can also serve as restroom facilities for the trailer. Several dining and relaxation areas are available.
