On the first floor, the space opens into a huge 150 m² living area, comprising an open kitchen, a dining room, a billiards area, and two living rooms. This space features several floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a 100 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and a dining area that can seat up to 12 people. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of one bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a separate half-bath. Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The 12x5-meter pool, with a depth of 150 cm, is suitable for all ages. Everything has been designed to allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors, with a high-quality barbecue, lounge chairs around the pool, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, and soccer goals.
