About this apartment rental
A beautifully situated single-family home with a granny flat. The granny flat has a separate entrance and is rented out as a vacation rental. The house captivates with its clean lines. The exceptional interior design is open and airy, making it the heart of your stay. An exclusive and lovingly furnished vacation rental with all the comforts you shouldn’t have to do without on vacation. The quiet residential neighborhood offers pure relaxation and enhances your personal sense of well-being. For the most wonderful hours of the year, only the best is good enough. Families with children will also find a cozy home here.
The apartment is arranged on two levels: a living area and a sleeping area. Each level features a modern seating area. In the living area, you’ll find a 48"/122 cm flat-screen Smart TV and a radio with a DVD player. In the cozy sitting area, you can relax or read a good book. The modern built-in kitchen with an integrated dining area is fully equipped. It features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and bread maker. A toaster, electric kettle, and many other necessary small appliances are provided. Two separate bedrooms are available. Bedroom 1 is a self-contained room with a 1.80/2.00-meter double bed, a large mirrored cabinet, an additional wall unit, and nightstand shelves with dimmable table lamps. Bedroom 2 is an open-concept living/bedroom area. It features a cozy second seating area with a sleeper sofa. There is also an additional lounge area. You’ll find board games in the display cabinets. This seating area can be converted into a 1.60/2.00 m double bed if needed.
A bakery that provides fresh morning rolls is located in the immediate vicinity, about 300 m away. You can also whip up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The supermarket is only about 400 m away and carries everything you need. If needed, a washing machine is available in the apartment for free use. You can leave your car at the vacation rental while you take a stroll through the historic old town. It’s just a 10-minute walk to downtown, with its museums, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques for shopping. There’s plenty to discover in Telgte. The historic market square also invites you to relax. You can break up your stroll here with a cozy coffee break.
Several well-known bike trails run through the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental. The R1 Europe Cycle Route, the charming Ems Cycle Route, and the Peace Route are well-known to many cyclists and offer wonderful tours through the Münsterland parkland and along the Ems River. You can also easily reach Münster, with its countless sights, by bike or by train.
