This “Athena” premium apartment is our most spacious unit, with approximately 95 m² of living space on the 1st floor of the building at Bispingheide 33.
Storage room with washer and dryer, a safe, and cleaning supplies; a large entryway with a coat rack, seating area, and window; a large bedroom with three separate box-spring beds (2 x 1.0 x 2.0 and 1 x 0.9 x 2.0 m). Two of them can be pushed together. A smaller bedroom with two single beds. A spacious living area with direct access to the balcony (2x3 m), a large L-shaped leather couch (Rolf Benz) and two separate leather armchairs, an extendable dining table with 6 chairs, and a fully equipped designer kitchen.
Parking space, wallbox connection (upon request).
A travel crib for babies and a high chair are available. Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge if they sleep in the travel crib.
Dogs allowed upon request. Additional fee of 10.00 EUR per night per dog.
