About this apartment rental

I could tell you all about North Conway and Cranmore mountain and this brand new loft condo and all the attractions and amenities that you have read about in all the other listings for Kearsarge Brook condos or the new Fairbanks condos but that seams repetitive as you most likely have read it all. All the Fairbanks condos are beautiful and the other owners that we have met are awesome. I don't see how you could go wrong renting any one of these condos.

Myself, my husband and two daughters 5 and 7, had the most wonderful stay at BJ’s property! This is our 3rd unit we have rented at Cranmore and it by far blew others out of the water.The pricing was very reasonable, top notch ammentities and a very communicable host. A couple of items I saw others asked, YES there are smoke and co2 detectors and the building has a brand new sprinkler system, this unit had everything you would need in the kitchen as well, and the shampoo and conditioner offered were awesome- no need to bring your own. Our girls loved the loft! it was their highlight of playtime, we highly recommend this rental! We already booked to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Conway this weekend. The location was perfect. There’s nothing better than being slope side for a ski weekend! The unit was brand new, which made the stay even better. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It was comfortable and exactly as described, with everything we needed and more. The host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and great to work with.Our only complaints were the noise from the lodge downstairs and the lack of a coffee table in the family room. We were woken up every morning before 7:00 am, which made it a little tough to sleep in. A coffee table in the family room would also make the space feel a bit more complete. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.
