Living Area: The bright and airy living area features a comfortable sofa, a 55" TV with a soundbar, and a dedicated work desk. The TV is mounted on a swivel for flexible viewing.
Kitchen: The compact yet fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a butcher block countertop, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
Bedroom: The sleeping area offers a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding, and thoughtful decor enhances the serene ambiance.
Bathroom: The modern bathroom features stylish fixtures, a walk-in shower with subway tile, and high-quality linens for a spa-like experience.

The studio loft is accessed via a hallway with a private entrance. You'll receive a unique code for the keypad lock to ensure secure and convenient access during your stay. There is a 2nd story deck that is shared by the 2 studio lofts upstairs.
Other things to note
This kitchen is well equipped so all you need to bring is your groceries. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. No cooktop. We like the Harris Teeter app where you can place your order ahead of time for curb-side pickup. We tastefully appoint our bathrooms with the essentials; shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and hair dryer. We provide a Tesla charger and Nema 14-50 plug for electric car owners. No fee to charge your personal vehicle.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect and the loft was exactly what we wanted. Host was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs! Highly recommend

This place was adorable. It was perfect for a short stay. Everything is walkable - the beach, a brewery, the best restaurants and even a yoga studio. It’s a short drive to the pier and grocery stores. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on shared back patio at night with the breeze coming in off the ocean.

The apartment was mostly clean execpt for the shower. When removing the sheets, discovered spots on the mattress cover. The apartment did not have an adequate refrigerator. The air conditioner was not equipped to remove the humidity, so a dehumidifier was required, wich needed to be run constantly. to access the apartment, you had to traverse a spiral staircase. Guest with mobility issues, would be severely challenged. This was not mentioned in advertising the property. The Host was professional and concerned about accomodating us during our stay. I appreciated him for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in was flawless.
