The popular "Ostseekind" vacation home is part of the Dünenresidenz Karlshagen and is ideally located for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. Usedom’s beautiful sandy beach is just a few meters away. The Dünenresidenz is surrounded by a rural landscape and a lovely forest.
The child-friendly atmosphere and the play areas in the surrounding area make this location particularly attractive for families.
In addition to biking and hiking trails, the area also offers recreational activities such as mini-golf, tennis, beach volleyball,
and cozy restaurants.

The thatched-roof Ostseekind semi-detached house offers guests a sunny terrace with a parasol and a beautiful garden for relaxing. The living space is spread over three levels: the modern living room with a kitchenette and dining table, as well as a guest restroom with a washing machine on the first floor; a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with double beds and a second TV.
