My impression when we got to the residential neighborhood i was like we got a geto rental streets give a very bad impression but once in side the house everything changed bice and clean and temperature was great wifi and tv (hbo/ Disney/Netflix/ and so on wasnt available unless you have your own account) but over all kids had a blast fish in the back we caught crabs and catfish stayed up tell 1.30 am fishing and was up again at 7am to fish some more
