We had a great stay at Tiffany’s condo. It has a nice layout, is spacious, and is conveniently located near the pool. Highlights include a fairly new sectional, smart TV, and a pleasant balcony view. The kitchen is functional, though a few useful items were missing—not a major issue.Some areas could use improvement. The king-size bed is very soft, transferring movement significantly, making it uncomfortable for couples. We booked for the bed size but ended up sleeping separately in the twin beds, which were more comfortable.A few updates would enhance the experience: replacing torn balcony cushions, improving pre-arrival cleaning (window sills and inside windows needed attention), and repairing the blinds, which were stained or broken. We didn’t discuss this with Tiffany, but I’m sure she would have addressed it. The gas fireplace wasn’t operational but would likely be an easy fix.Other maintenance concerns included damaged floor planking, stained shower tiles with mildew in the grout, and a leaking showerhead. The ensuite tub had a stain ring and another persistent leak. The master bedroom also lacked end tables, though movable ones were available.While the condo is enjoyable, some non-structural updates would better match its “luxury living” description. Given the nightly cost, we rate it 4 stars—great overall, but with room for improvement.
