The apartment was clean, suited with the appropriate basic kitchen and linen items you would need to get along day to day. The way the apartment is fitted, there's tons of room for your stuff. The A/C, heat, water pressure in the shower are all fantastic. There are 2 large closets to hang clothes. The building overall is safe. There is a childcare center on the 2nd floor that is mostly under control. This apartment is on the first floor with 5 stairs to reach the apartment. The terrain of the area is made up of hills. The street is on a hill and the adjacent avenue is on a hill. There is anything you could need within a few blocks but right across is a Dollar store that really offers everything and an amazing hair salon along with laundry service. The neighborhood can get loud but there's fans within the apartment that drowns out all that or turn on one of the huge fantastic televisions in the place. Mr. Lambert is a fantastic host and always available for questions and to help out with any apartment problems.Truly a gem.
