Location location location: absolutely perfect. This apartment is within easy walking distance to the number 1 subway train on 79th St. and the B and C by the museum of natural history. Also the crosstown bus stops at Columbus and 80th St. Couldnāt be more convenient. Also worth mentioning is that this is a ground floor apartment, so no flights of stairs to navigate. The area around us, on Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue and Broadway had a fantastic array of restaurants to choose from. Anthony, the manager, was quite responsive when we contacted him. The air-conditioning did not work in the bedroom, and he wound up buying a new one to replace it. Very nice. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is not claustrophobic, since the rooms are extraordinarily small. We enjoyed our stay.
