About this apartment rental
We recently upgraded the apartment by replacing the sofa fold out bed with a brand new one that sits and sleeps two people. We replaced the dining table with a new table for four people. We installed a desk in the living room and replaced the air conditioners in each of the rooms.
The apartment faces south and is bathed with sunlight during the day. There is an entertainment center with wi fi and spectrum cable TV, Overhead ceiling light and fan
Kitchen
The kitchen area has a microwave, coffee maker, stove and oven. Kitchen cabinets have glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils.
Bedroom
We have replaced the queen size bed with a brand new one that sleeps two persons. New air conditioning unit. Ample closet space containing linens, blankets, towels, iron, vacuum cleaner. Lamp tables on each side of bed. Overhead ceiling light and fan.
Bathroom
Blue Marble sink and bathroom cabinets to store laundry. Cabinets contain bathroom toilet supplies, hair dryer. Bathtub has jacuzzi feature. Shampoo and body soap provided.

Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Good restaurant options. Close to the park. Gym three blocks away. Would stay again. Tony is a good host. Relaxed interactions. No complaints.

Location location location: absolutely perfect. This apartment is within easy walking distance to the number 1 subway train on 79th St. and the B and C by the museum of natural history. Also the crosstown bus stops at Columbus and 80th St. Couldn’t be more convenient. Also worth mentioning is that this is a ground floor apartment, so no flights of stairs to navigate. The area around us, on Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue and Broadway had a fantastic array of restaurants to choose from. Anthony, the manager, was quite responsive when we contacted him. The air-conditioning did not work in the bedroom, and he wound up buying a new one to replace it. Very nice. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is not claustrophobic, since the rooms are extraordinarily small. We enjoyed our stay.
