The beds were comfortable
No work surface in the kitchen, no baking trays for the oven. A one slice toaster.
Very very small bathroom. Only a child’s bath.
The property wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and wasn’t ready until 5pm
Payment wasn’t taken via booking com and I was bullied into giving cash when we arrived. So it looks like I haven’t paid on booking com. I will also get bank charges on the electronic refund of the cash deposit.

I stayed in this location for over a month. It has a beautiful kitchenette and more than enough beds. It’s a large apartment with some old plumbing and bathrooms. It’s good value for New York but not perfect.
No elevator. No doorman.
The lobby lock to get in each night was temperamental - it’s okay on the first attempt but not fun after35 attempts every night.
Neighbours above and below were noisy during the day and night.
