Newly renovated house accommodates 10 people comfortably, complete with Game room, Poker room and so much more!
This beautiful lake house is perfect for a large family or group.
The living room is equipped with a fire place and television.
- Game room complete with pool table, darts, ping pong, fooseball, poker table, Nintendo switch, gaming arcade and tons of board games
- Kitchen has all new appliances, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, kitchen and baking tools and gas stove.
- Coffee coffee coffee, we supply drip coffee with grounds and we also have a Nespresso Vertuo (Guest are responsible for bringing their own pods)
-Dining room with large table big enough to fit the entire family
- Bedrooms with fresh clean sheets, comforters, and pillows
- large deck with grill, outdoor fireplace (We do not supply fire wood guest must bring their own fire wood) and plenty of seating for all of your friends and family
- Laundry room featuring brand new washer / dryer, iron and ironing board
We are located in a beautiful community known as Pocono Farms. Here you have access to amenities including gym, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, pool, beaches, playground and lake for electric boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. There is even a golf course!
There is so much to do in our area just minutes from the house. We are located near all major amenities including:
- Kalahari Waterpark
- Camelback Ski Mountain, Beach and Aquatopia
- Pocono Raceway
- Mt. Airy Casino - Crossings Premium Outlets
- Jim Thorpe
- Big Boulder Park
- Emerald Lakes
- Bushkill Falls
- White Water Rafting
Bookings will come with amenity badges. which will allow for use of the community amenities. Which include kayak and paddle board rentals. For beach access 6 guest will be for free, any additional guest will be $10 per person.
Damage Protection- $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage is included in your nightly rate. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required!
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.
Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.

Excellent location. Had everything you need for your stay. Plenty to do in the game room since the weather didn’t allowed us to use the fire pit and jacuzzi.

House was perfect my family of six.
Everything was as described, my only con is that the bedrooms dont have TV's.(just my preference) other than that, outstanding property.

Awesome place to stay with family, especially with young children. Plenty of space for privacy as well as large enough areas for the wholr group to hang. Game room was amazing with plenty to do for all ages. Plus a bonus game room just for the adult. House was very well kept inside with all the amenities of home.
