On the main living level is the master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, air conditioning, and access to a beautiful balcony with its stunning view.
There is a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a smart TV and fireplace, and the Naja (winter garden). You can also access the balcony from the winter garden.
All windows and balcony doors have mosquito screens.
An outdoor staircase leads down to the next beautiful balcony and then to the second bedroom (150x200 cm bed) with a ceiling fan and an adjoining shower room. The windows here also have mosquito screens.
No matter which window you look out of, you’ll see the ocean everywhere—it’s simply gorgeous.
A solar system with a storage tank provides heating and hot water.
The pool measures 3x6m and has no railing, so unfortunately, the house is not suitable for small children.
The pool area features a lovely, cozy seating area with a sun shade, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill (BBQ).

Monte Pedreguer is located just a few minutes from Pedreguer, which offers good amenities.
Pedreguer borders the municipalities of Alcalalí, Beniarbeig, Benidoleig, Dénia, Gata de Gorgos, Jalón, Llíber, and Ondara.
