Field Barn is part of a select development of four luxury barn conversions, just a 5-minute drive from Happisburgh beach. Set in the historic coastal village of Happisburgh, it has been sympathetically restored to offer stylish, luxurious living with fantastic rural views.
All on one level, Field Barn features a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a dining table and a Smart TV. The modern kitchen and dining area is well equipped with an integrated fridge and freezer, electric hob, integrated oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, while a handy utility room provides a washer and dryer.
There are three beautifully finished bedrooms. The largest has a super king-size bed, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom also offers a super king-size bed, Smart TV and its own en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a super king-size bed which can be split into twin 3’ single beds and has access to the family bathroom.
Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed garden with a lawned area and hot tub, plus parking for several cars and a 7.8kW EV charger (additional charge applies). A gas barbecue is available for guests to use from April to September. Up to three dogs are welcome at no extra charge, with an additional dog considered for a small supplement. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and can even join you on the sofa—just use the throws provided.

We wanted a property that was suitable for a person with mobility issues and dogs, and Field barn “ticked the boxes”. Beautifully presented, and in a peaceful location but easily located for beaches, towns and things to do. But ideal for those also looking to switch off and relax. The amount and variation of birds that are around the property was lovely to watch in the garden as were the stunning sunsets.
Although the kitchen is well equipped, It would have been good to have a couple more sauce pans and we took an air fryer as this is much easier than putting in hot weather. This would be a good thing to have in the property.

The Barn was extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high standard and Thomas the owner was extremely helpful. He had bought classy Christmas decorations which gave the barn a great atmosphere. Excellent 1m dog walk to the beach and plenty of inland walks at your doorstep too. Excellent lunch in The Star at Lessingham.
