Field Barn is part of a select development of four luxury barn conversions, just a 5-minute drive from Happisburgh beach. Set in the historic coastal village of Happisburgh, it has been sympathetically restored to offer stylish, luxurious living with fantastic rural views.
All on one level, Field Barn features a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a dining table and a Smart TV. The modern kitchen and dining area is well equipped with an integrated fridge and freezer, electric hob, integrated oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, while a handy utility room provides a washer and dryer.
There are three beautifully finished bedrooms. The largest has a super king-size bed, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom also offers a super king-size bed, Smart TV and its own en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a super king-size bed which can be split into twin 3’ single beds and has access to the family bathroom.
Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed garden with a lawned area and hot tub, plus parking for several cars and a 7.8kW EV charger (additional charge applies). A gas barbecue is available for guests to use from April to September. Up to three dogs are welcome at no extra charge, with an additional dog considered for a small supplement. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and can even join you on the sofa—just use the throws provided.

The Barn was extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high standard and Thomas the owner was extremely helpful. He had bought classy Christmas decorations which gave the barn a great atmosphere. Excellent 1m dog walk to the beach and plenty of inland walks at your doorstep too. Excellent lunch in The Star at Lessingham.

Just go to back from a week stay at Field Barn Happisburgh. From booking it to checking out our whole experience was 5 Star. The accommodation was amazing and on arrival had the Wow factor throughout. Attention to detail in each room was fab and the garden was fantastic for our spaniel (very secure ) . Having the hot tub to relax in the evening was superb and we enjoyed using the barbecue. We were very blessed with the weather but great base to explore North Norfolk and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We will def be back. Being on one level for us was great as my Step Father isn’t as mobile as he was. Thank you for having us x

An excellent property where every little detail has been thought about. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs and once the hedging has matured it will be very private but please don’t let it spoil the rural views!

We had an amazing 5 days at field barn. The house is wonderful, so comfortable and has absolutely everything that you need for a wonderful stay. There were plenty of spaces for all three children to study for their GCSEs and A-levels whilst my husband and I went for lovely dog walks. I can highly recommend field barn.
