Light-filled, family-friendly five bedroom, three-bath house one block from Seabright beach. French doors off of the dining room lead to the patio deck. Vaulted ceilings throughout the main level. Large picnic style dining room table.
Boogie boards and other beach paraphernalia available. Ample free parking on all surrounding streets 24/7. Five minutes drive from downtown/boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in the neighborhood.

IF this property had a bathroom on the 3rd floor, where 2 bedrooms are located, it would get my highest rating despite being a little worn. The positives are the: 1. The location leverages easy access to both the beach and boardwalk. 2. There are plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans for a large crowd. 3. The large dinning table and adjacent patio provided a hub for eating, boardgames, morning coffee and cocktails. 4. Digital entry on the front door is a very nice feature and makes it easy to come and go in small groups. 5. There is plenty of street parking - we found space for 4 cars any time of the day or night and it felt very safe. I did not worry about breaks in. 6. Convenient location to local restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this property.
