Close to the Deer lake Airport (4.2 km), the Newfoundland Insectarium, Deer Lake beach, quick access to the groom trails, 40 minute drive to Gros Mourne, Marble Mountain, and to major shopping. Very clean. Lots of room inside. The lift was so unique. Private outside space as well.
