The suite was comfortable and spacious with most of the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Although the rainy weather prevented us from spending time outdoors, the hike to the waterfall is adjacent to the property. It's dog friendly and the staff was kind. A river runs directly behind the rooms and the back door opens to trees and lawn. It is only a ten minute drive to restaurants in Corner Brook. There is a pub within a short walk from the resort with good sandwiches.
It was very noisy with poor soundproofing between floors. It felt like the people in the room above were stomping around and we could hear their voices and music late into the night. Earplugs are a must. I would also appreciate decaf being available with the coffee maker.

Location excellent inside of the accommodation a little farther than we have lighted! However apart from the observation we we happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the unit!?
