Condo was clean and came as advertised. Location was pretty sweet. You can actually walk to a few places on a nice day. Host was communicative and friendly. We loved the balcony as well.

The stay was very good. Only issues were i didnt get a keyfob initially but the host got me one as soon as they could. And the shower does get hot very quickly. I recommend barely turning the knob for hot water and turn the cold water know all the way up.

Cozy condo that was the perfect calm place to decompress after busy days at a conference. The host contact was extremely responsive and kind. The building is nice and secure, and the security/concierges were lovely!

I had a good stay overall, it was what you might expect for the price. My biggest complaint - No cold water. Yes you read that correctly no COLD water. I was bathing using a wet cloth and letting it cool off by the last day. Something bad wrong with the plumbing and only HOT water was coming out of both. I was at a conference so I didn't use the kitchen once, no time to shop or cook so couldn't really tell you about the kitchen. The smell was annoying, lots of cheap air freshners because its an old property. I unlplugged them all, opened lots of windows and it aired out. Communication in Atlanta was good with manager but horrible leading up to the trip. Could not get a response until it was the day of and I was there but from then on my text messages were answered quickly. Check in at the security desk was the easiest part of the trip. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would I stay again? Depends on if I could afford something cleaner and better. I might stay again might not.
