Building needs work, very noisy all the time even in night time , windows are not prepared for that. No central AC , only small one in the room , feels hot in the other rooms. Very old tub , has been painted still looks bad. Wood floors in bad condition, not safe for walking and has been covered with a small carpet, no good . Marijuana smell in the corridor and elevator and get in the department to. Sofas getting old and and uncomfortable ,chairs stained .

We liked the separate bedrooms and living room to congregate.

Apt building didn’t look very good.

King size bed large rooms and a full kitchen

We saw 4 roaches during our stay and the bedroom light didn't work. And the cold water was hard to turn off. The room needed to be exterminated. Also Ken didn't have us blocked in. Couldn't check In room right away. Had to call Ken after we arrived. To be put in computer so we stay. Very stressful room was paid week in advance

L’emplacement proche du centre ville

Appartement vieillissant tout comme le bâtiment. Literie d’une des deux chambres affaissée et bruyante. Vaisselle pas en nombre suffisant même si on se contente du petit déjeuner. Salle de bain riquiqui et douche qui ne délivre qu’un petit filet d’eau. Le bâtiment est proche des grandes artères qui traversent la ville et du coup, faute de double vitrage l’appartement est mal insonorisé. La place de parking réservée est souvent squattée par des individus qui n’ont rien à voir avec la résidence et qui viennent profiter du réseau wifi.
