Everything was just great!

Very well equipped kitchen, welcome fruits-water-juice, coffee. Very nice pool. Washing machine and dish washer tablets were provided and everything for cleaning as well. Host was great and caring, responded quickly.

Perfect location - great value for money

Lovely peaceful location - the pool was never too busy - brilliant local taverna within walking distance (pre book in the morning) beautiful beaches within 10 mins drive - the villa was perfect for our needs - 4 adults and 2 teenagers

Not a lot of kitchen equipment but it is the only negative I have - no chopping board and no toaster - but it didn’t really bother us too much!

Very nice view, well equiped and designed apartman, clear pool, not to many guests. :-) Easy check-in and check out. Kind staff.

Hard to carry heavy luggages up and down to stairs. People with disabled can not come in. Very well equiped, but toaster was missing for me. Parking was sometimes difficult due to steep location.

Beautiful location, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. A good place to experience authentic greek food, drink and hospitality.

You definitely need a car to get around as the location is very remote.

Very relaxed, but worrying, due to our isolation without a car.

The residence was beautiful. 2 floors, 3 double bedrooms, lovely living areas, great pool, garden, 2 bathrooms, washing facilities, kitchen fully equipped. The agent was easily accessible by phone and email, and very helpful.

The location was terribly isolated without a car. It was 100km from Heraklion port where we arrived by ferry. The taxi driver didn't even know of the village. It was set high in the hills, with admittedly beautiful panoramic views of rural Crete, and beach access, but without a car, access was only by foot to a small town nearby and no public transport. A lovely location for a longer stay with a car.

Goed appartement, prima verblijf, prima omgeving

Mooie rustige locatie. Groot strand in 7 minuten rijden bereikbaar. Een uur naar Chania, en een half uur naar Rehtymon. Dorp Episkopi op 3 minuten waar tavernes en supermarkten zijn. goed uitzicht op de heuvels, geen zeezicht vanaf appartement 5. Alle comfort aanwezig in het appartement.

Het zwembad was zeer koud (hoewel het de hele dag in zon ligt...). Helaas geen airco of ventilator in de woonkamer.

WiFi hadde ekstremt dårlig hastighet. Ba om å få det fikset, men ble ikke gjort. Dårlig dekning på mobilnett også. Så det ble et problem.

Die perfekte, gepflegte Basis um die Schönheit von Kreta zu entdecken und vom Alltag abzuschalten!

Wir haben schon oft Griechenland bereist und hatten viele schöne Unterkünfte, aber das Karoti Village hat alles Bisherige übertroffen. Der ganze Komplex ist sehr clever und funktionell gebaut, sodass man auch eine gewisse Privatsphäre geniessen kann. Unsere Wohnung (Nr. 21) verfügte über zwei Aussenterrassen, auf welchen es sich gut verweilen lässt. Man kann sogar einen Windschutz ausrollen und auf der Dachterrasse befinden sich eine bequeme Lounge und dazugehörige Liegestühle. Ein Morgenessen hier oben ist schlichtweg ein Traum. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet und man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Alles ist funktionell eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, auch wenn das Stockbett für den unten Liegenden etwas wenig Luft gegen oben frei lässt. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man braucht, um sich auch selbst verpflegen zu können. Das Haus scheint recht gut isoliert zu sein und hat in Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer sogar eine Bodenheizung. Das haben wir im Süden noch nie erlebt. Für diese Heizung waren wir sehr dankbar, da es mit teilweise nur gerade +7 Grad empfindlich kühl wurde im April. Wir fühlten uns hier nach unseren Exkursionen sehr wohl! Die gepflegte Gartenanlage ist ebenfalls eine Klasse für sich. wunderschöner Pool, viele Blumen, Büsche und Bäume und ein schöner Rasen zum Verweilen. Auf den Steinbänken machten wir es uns auch gerne gemütlich. Wunderbar ist die Sicht hinaus auf das etwas in der Ferne liegende Meer. Im Frühling war es auch noch sehr ruhig in der Anlage, da nur wenige Gäste aus Norwegen in den Wohnungen waren. Das Karoti Village ist zudem verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen, falls man einen eigenen Mietwagen hat. In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man das Meer oder das Dorf Episkopi, in 20 Minuten ist man in Rethymno. Und für Exkursionen und Wanderungen an der Süd- und an der Westküste ist der Ausgangspunkt auch gut gelegen. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen: das Vermieterbüro hat uns per WhatsApp stets sehr gut und sympathisch umsorgt.

Da gibt es für uns absolut nichts auszusetzen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub

Sehr unkomplizierter Check In, gute Infos durch den Vermieter vorab. Tolle Lage und Ausstattung für Familien, wir hatten das Glück, einen eigenen kleinen Pool zu haben. Insgesamt eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr ruhig und sauber.

einige Türklinken waren locker - auch hier und da mal eine Schraube. Das ist aber nichts Schlimmes, sollte jedoch vor Anreise geprüft werden. Ein Kind hätte sich eventuell aus Versehen einschließen können.

Het getik van de boiler moest ik erg aan wennen. Misschien zal een rubberen mat eronder het geluid via de vloer kunnen dempen.
