This stunning architect-designed property sits at Silverlake, a luxury gated and private members development with acres of woodland and forest paths, offering opportunities for walking, cycling and enjoying nature. Acorn House is well-positioned looking out over the lake, with views across the surrounding countryside, and offers a large hot tub which is perfectly positioned for enjoying the unique setting. This contemporary and spacious property is ideal for a relaxing break enjoying the glorious surroundings, and guests can take advantage of the on site facilities which include an outdoor heated pool, private spa with sauna and gym, roof bar and cafe, water sports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds, ensuring there is plenty to do whilst staying at Acorn House. Equipment hire options at Silverlake includes bikes, e-bikes, and water equipment such as canoes and paddleboards.
The accommodation at Acorn House is bright and airy, and includes an open-plan living space with a kitchen area and large breakfast bar, a generous dining area, a small study/snug with sofa bed, a sitting area with Smart television and comfortable furnishings, and sliding patio doors leading out to the timber deck and garden. A barbecue is provided along with plenty of outdoor seating, an ideal space for spending time together as a group or family enjoying time together.
On the first floor you will find the four attractive and comfortable bedrooms,a king-size with en-suite shower room, and sliding doors to the private balcony, a second king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a children's room with bunk beds. Young and old alike will love this wonderful holiday home with it's unique additions; from the hot tub and garden games, to the arcade machine for children, and thoughtful items for young ones such as black-out blinds in children's rooms, step stools, bed guards and stair gates.
Acorn House is ideally situated for enjoying the delights of South Dorset, and trips to the Jurassic Coast with iconic Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are recommended. There are numerous options for all the family with Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Sculpture by the Lakes nearby, and Dorchester with its two cinemas, museums, restaurants and shops just a ten-minute drive away.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas.

The property was fantastic - had everything you need with a lovely tranquil setting and amazing views! The communication with the owner was good too - very helpful and attentive, and like how they helped with the hot tub!The site is also great with activities to do and brilliant facilities - the pool is brilliant, I just wish we’d had better weather! The staff are all so very friendly and service is excellent! Great holiday!
