About this apartment rental
The Space:
Direct oceanfront condo in the popular Marigot Beach building in Ocean City, Maryland. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and a large, open living area. The living area features an oceanfront living room with a sleep-sofa and plenty of seating, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful direct ocean and beach views. The first bedroom is direct oceanfront and features a king-sized bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom, balcony access and great views from the large picture window. The second bedroom features two double beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Marigot Beach amenities include two assigned parking spaces, multiple elevators, outside showers and direct beach access. The building is within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, parks, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Condo is located on the 7th floor. POOL AND HOT TUB CLOSED FOR 2025 SEASON.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Our stay in Ocean City was fantastic! The condo was exactly as advertised, super clean, comfortable and close to multiple shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It was a very safe section of town. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basic needs to make a homemade meal for your family. And the availability of a full size washer and dryer in the unit made laundry a piece of cake.I will say that my favorite part of the trip was watching the dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony each morning before I took a stroll down the beach.

This property seemed to be a time share. It was clean and spacious. The room had just about everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We really had zero complaints when it came to the room. The pool was closed which was dissapointing, but all in all our stay was great.

The condo itself was as advertised. However, the pool, hot tub and tanning deck were all under construction and unavaible the entire week. Those ameneties factored in to my decision to rent at that particular location. We were only notified of that construction the day before we were to arrive and long after we could of made alternate arrangements. It was obvious the construction was significant and in the works for quite some time. We should of been notified in advance and given an option to make other arrangements.
