The "Casa di Sette alla Fiera" is located in a private context with an agricultural past, surrounded by a spacious courtyard and greenery. Although the location and the atmosphere may seem from another era, "Casa di Sette alla Fiera" overlooks the important Verona trade fair center just a few meters away. There is no lack of space to park your car for free, even in a garage if requested. The "Casa di Sette alla Fiera" is located very close not only to the Verona fair but also to the centre.
The "Casa di Otto&Sette in Fiera" is located very close not only to the Verona fair but also to shopping centres, supermarkets, public buses, the Verona Sud motorway exit, about 3km from Piazza Bra and the Arena,.....
The "Casa di Sette alla Fiera" is located on the first floor of a two-family house, without a lift and the access door to the stairs on the ground floor is shared with the owners who live on the ground floor. As soon as you enter the apartment you enter the living room (with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and free WIFI device) and the kitchen divided by a peninsula. The kitchen is complete with fridge, oven and microwave and everything needed for those who love to cook. Immediately through the door on the right you enter the bathroom (where the washing machine is located) and the two bedrooms, the double bedroom and the single bedroom which houses the two single beds, one of which is made up of a cortassa. Bed linen and towels are included. The heating is autonomous and equipped with a chronothermostat. There is no air conditioning. Everything is completed by two large terraces, one overlooking Via Roveggia and therefore the Verona Fair, and the other at the back of the large courtyard where you can admire the large green space. Access for guests There is a small step in the entrance door to the stairs and then a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Interaction with guests In the apartment there are guidelines on the particularities of the accommodation, advice for supermarkets, restaurants, scheduled buses. There is also the telephone number of the owner who lives downstairs, available to be contacted for any need.
