Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Austin (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. While the neighborhood is highly walkable, we recommend having a car to fully explore the plethora of nearby attractions. However, there is Uber and Lyft in Austin as well, if you prefer.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation for Non Airbnb reservations.
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week by text message. Should you need anything, just send us a text message!

Great space for our visit to Austin. Stayed there with our adult children, while visiting my other son in Austin. Lovely home with great bedroom spaces for each couple. And what a fabulous location. The walk to South Congress was quick and easy and took us to lots of fun spots. And also stayed in one night to cook dinner at the house. All were great! Thanks for a great weekend!

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to South Congress restaurants/shops. Short Uber ride to 6th St. House was clean, bright and well-stocked. Comfortable beds, luxury sheets, coffee & laundry detergent provided, extra half bath we weren’t expecting, in addition to two full baths. Slept 4 adults very comfortably, with room for more.

The house was wonderful, plenty big and the screened in porch and large yard were great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meals. The location is perfect, very walkable but also very quiet. Would stay again
