Nestled among the trees off the Muskegon River in eastern Newaygo County, this cozy one bedroom, one bath lakefront cottage provides stunning water views with direct water access, including two boat docks with kayaks and pedal boat. There is ample outdoor living space, boasting a waterfront deck with grill, dining table, and lounge chairs. Enjoy summer nights and cool fall evenings with the fire pit and Adirondack chairs or in the cozy living room and three seasons room with a view! Bring your own boat, jet ski, or fishing reels and enjoy outdoor living at its best on all sports, 1,380 acre Croton Dam Pond.
Inside the cottage, you will find amazing views of the water from every main room. The entire cottage has been completely renovated, with every inch tastefully fashioned by a professional designer, from the subway tile and quartz counters to the sliding barn doors. The classic knotty pine walls and ceilings add to the waterfront ambience.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a primary suite with ample closet room, and a full bath with a tile shower and luxury linens. The living room offers a queen sofa bed for children.
We are located next to the Croton boat launch and 5 minutes from the Hardy launch. Snacks and groceries can be found at Gene’s Croton Market, 4 minutes away. Many highly rated restaurants are also nearby, such as Northern Trails Bar & Grill and Driftwood Bar & Grill (accessible via boat from our dock!).

Spanning 1,380 acres, opportunities for fun and excitement are seemingly endless on Croton Pond.
Enjoy activities like boating, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, and fishing on the water. A public boat launch can be found on the southwestern end near the Croton Dam. Anglers tossing out a line can expect to reel in largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, black crappie, bluegill, walleye, and northern pike.
There are multiple parks along the shores of the lake, offering fantastic amenities like tennis courts, campgrounds, places to picnic, a disc golf course, and much more!

This has been one of the BEST Vrbos we’ve ever stayed in. This cottage is clean, neat, very nicely decorated and stocked. Even the little extras like extra batteries for the remotes (which we needed), s’mores ingredients, well supplies kitchen, and amazing outdoor spaces. Will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing stay at the cozy cottage. The house was very comfortable and well stocked for everything we needed. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the view was very relaxing.

Beautiful clean and well sticked with everything we needed. Hiking and parks near by amazing lake view and fun kayaking !! Hosts were great and responded quickly cant wait to stay next year !! Thank you again

We enjoyed the stay, very relaxing. We lost power twice when storms rolled through, but only for a few hours. Retrieved my flashlight from truck and was good to go. We later found a flashlight in the living room drawer. The cabin was clean, cozy and accommodating. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks or outdoor firepit this visit but will return again.
