Cocoa Beach is such a cool little town with so much to do from shopping, to eating, to outdoor excursions. The town just beckons you to slow down & relax. This property was the perfect landing spot for that! The shaded hammock outside was the perfect spot for after beach naps & our family enjoyed the shuffle board in the living room. The garage is FULL of everything you could possibly need for the beach plus games to play. While most days we drove about a mile into town for the beach we also very easily walked 1/2 block and across the street to the beach as well. Check out the Surf School for surf lessons & don’t miss the mangrove kayaking tour- both added so much to our trip! The 2 nature preserve areas near the house were neat little experiences as well. Kate is an excellent host & quick to respond. We will definitely be staying with her again when we come back this way.

Property was clean and well equipped. Enclosed back yard was great for pets. Great location. Beautiful window wall but it gets quite hot during the day. Consider some window covering for heat. Overall wonderful day!

Great little property just steps away from Cocoa Beach. Had everything we needed for a quick visit to the beach. Well equipped with everything you need like chairs, games, etc too.

The house was just as pictured! They even had beach chairs and boogie boards available for use which was so nice as it was a quick walk to the beach. The host responded very quickly to any questions and made the whole rental process a breeze!
